At the World of Health IT conference in Geneva, 10 13 October 2006, empirica consultant Stefan Lilischkis presented findings from the eBusiness W@tch 2006 hospital survey. One of the most interesting results is that hospitals, in comparison with other economic sectors, are relatively strong in online procurement but they are relatively weak in patient-facing information technology solutions.
