In November 2006 empirica supported by the ENIR network (www.enir.org) has been awarded the contract for the European study on the "Benchmarking policies on multi-stakeholder partnerships for e-skills in Europe" which will help the European Commission to identify and study multistakeholder partnerships for e-skills development and related policies in all EU27 Member States as well as Croatia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Turkey. The policies and partnerships identified will be analysed and evaluated. This will result in ten good practice case studies, a benchmarking framework, and recommendations for policy action.
