The HEInnovate portal (https://heinnovate.eu/en/resources) published seven new case studies about exemplary entrepreneurial universities in Europe. empirica carried out these case studies in the past two years. The cases cover different countries and entrepreneurship experiences. They include the following:

  • Supporting students’ business ideas at the University of Belgrade’s Startup Centar, Serbia
  • Support for entrepreneurs-to-be in cross-generational teams at Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia
  • LoopMe scientific social media tool by Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden
  • Entrepreneurship education on a digital path for family businesses at GEA College, Ljubljana, Slovenia
  • Entrepreneurship and Digital Transformation at Riga Business School, Latvia
  • Entrepreneurship and digital transformation at the University of Turku, Finland
  • Preparing teachers for entrepreneurial education at University College of Christian Churches for Teacher Education Vienna/Krems, Austria

“The case studies provide very insightful examples how European universities tackle the challenge of teaching students about entrepreneurship, how to support entrepreneurial students, and how to become more entrepreneurial as an institution”, says empirica researcher Stefan Lilischkis. He authored or co-authored all case studies.
