Lublin University of Technology

Lublin University of Technology is a state institution and the largest technical university in the region. The university maintains close relations with academic institutions and communities worldwide (over 180 bilateral agreements). The relations translate into joint research, guest lectures and science internships, joint international conferences, joint projects, student exchange and double degree programs. The Faculty of Environmental Engineering is involved in several research topics such as energy efficiency in buildings, forecast control of heating system, forecast control of RES, evaluation of HVAC systems in terms of energy consumption and providing optimal indoor air conditions, heat cost allocation and smart meters.
