After implementing energy saving measures at the pilot site in Lleida, the gas consumption has been already reduced by 50% and and by 30% in the electricity consumption in four of the buildings. This is more than three times higher than expected.

Some of the measures implemented were:

• Reprogramming to adjust heating operation with the working hours of the building
• Balance temperatures between different areas of the building to conform to the optimal values of 20-21-°
• Removal of residual consumption of some appliances
• Information campaign directed users to explain the action taken and the objectives to be achieved
