The LWK NRW is in the process of closing down one of their two branch offices in Northrhine Westphalia. Those employees affected by this decision are to be given a work place at the remaining location in Münster or alternatively an option for teleworking. Empirica provided consulting services, offered advice and developed proposals on how best to proceed to implement the necessary changes in a socially acceptable and sustainable way.
