EDITH’s overarching goal is to cultivate an inclusive Digital Twins ecosystem in European healthcare. By scrutinising critical aspects such as in silico medicine, data interoperability, and legal regulations, the project aims to develop a roadmap for the integration of a standardised, integrated human digital twin. The establishment of a federated cloud-based repository will serve as a collaborative hub for resources, promoting engagement through a comprehensive catalog. A proposed simulation platform framework, featuring prototypes, will be designed with active stakeholder involvement. Through advisory boards and public activities, EDITH seeks extensive community input to create a sustainable ecosystem tailored for personalised healthcare.
