Tech4Care is an Italian digital health company founded in 2015 as a spin-off of the Polytechnic University of Marche, with previous experience in Pre-Commercial Procurement research and development projects in the health and care sector.
We develop, test and commercialise innovative software solutions and technology-enabled services for healthcare and social care organisations. Through PCP and other European and national R&D initiatives, we have gained experience in needs analysis, user-centred co-design, requirements definition, prototype development, integration with healthcare processes and systems, pilot implementation and real-world validation.
Our multidisciplinary team combines software engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, clinical and social research, project management and nursing expertise. We have particular experience in digital solutions for frailty, long-term care, chronic conditions, healthcare process digitalisation, professional training and organisational innovation.
What we are offering
Tech4Care can contribute as the digital health R&D, platform-development and healthcare-implementation partner throughout the suHCO PCP phases. We offer user-centred co-design with health and care organisation staff; requirements analysis and process modelling; development of modular web and cloud platforms; AI-enabled knowledge and decision-support functions; data integration, dashboards, automated reporting, workflow management and performance monitoring; and usability, pilot and evaluation activities in real care settings.
Our ORCHESTRA work with Dynamo PCP demonstrates our ability to integrate organisational IT data, knowledge bases, business intelligence and workflow and decision-management tools for evidence-based pathway planning. We also bring healthcare operations expertise, change-management and training capabilities, European project management experience, and a proven route from R&D to proprietary digital health products and commercial exploitation.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a balanced consortium that complements Tech4Care’s digital health, software development and healthcare implementation capabilities with strong expertise in sustainability and the circular economy for healthcare organisations.
We are particularly interested in partners with capabilities in lifecycle and carbon assessment, resource efficiency, circularity frameworks, sustainable public procurement, environmental and supply-chain data, sustainability indicators and reporting standards, and relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
We are also looking for partners with expertise in sustainability taxonomies, ontologies, interoperable data sources and trustworthy AI, as well as healthcare organisations willing to support co-design, testing and validation in real operational settings. Partners with strong European market access, exploitation capabilities and previous experience coordinating PCP or Horizon Europe tenders would be especially valuable.
